Q. Do you ship overseas?

A. We sure do.  We ship to Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and United States.

Q. Is postage really free?

A. It sure is.  We provide free postage to Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and United States.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. Simply download the Arrive app for iOS and Android devices. The Arrive app will update you regarding the status of your order based on tracking information and send you automatic delivery notifications. The app uses real-time data from carriers to provide up-to-the-minute information. Unfortunately, the Arriva app is not supported outside United States or Canada, we hope that other countries will be supported by the app soon.

Q. How long will my order take?

A. Expected worse case shipping timeframes are as follows:

  • Australia (standard mail) 13 to 20 days
  • Canada (standard mail)   16 to 26 days
  • United Kingdom (standard mail)  20-40 days
  • United States (standard mail) 17 days

Q. I've reach the expected number of deliver days for my order and it hasn't arrived.  What should I do?

A. Firstly, that's not good to hear and we're sorry for your inconvenience.  If you're in Canada or United States, have you check the Arrive app for iOS and Android devices?  If you don't live in Canada or the United States and you're the patient type, please give it a few more days.  The world is a big and complicated place, some town or city locations can take a little longer.  But if you're not the patient type, please send us an email: pleasehelp@shapewearmystique.com

Q. What happens if I have a problem with my order?

A. That's not good, please send us an email (pleasehelp@shapewearmystique.com) if you've experienced issues and we will do our best to sort them out as soon as possible.

Q. Tell me about the quality of Shapewear Mystique™ products?

A. We only stock high quality products in our store, your happiness and therefore our future depends on it. However, if for any reason you're not happy with your item, please don't hesitate to contact us directly via email: pleasehelp@shapewearmystique.com

Q. Do you offer returns on your products?

A. Our aim is to make sure you love your products, that's why we provide as much information and product photography as we can so that hopefully you'll be very happy with them.  However, if for whatever reason there are issues please see our Refund Policy page.

Q. If I purchase products from your shop, will my privacy be protected?

A. Absolutely, we take your privacy incredibly seriously.  Please see our Privacy Policy page for more detail around privacy.

Q. Are your products tested on animals in any way?

A. Absolutely not.

Q. My discount code isn't working, why is that?

A. Please cut'n'paste the exact discount code making sure not to include a space at the end or start of the code.

Q. I haven't received an order confirmation, is everything alright?

A. Please check your spam folder, if its not in your Inbox or Spam folder, please check that you typed your email address correctly as the confirmation email is sent to you automatically within a few minutes of placing your order.
